The hotel was spotlessly clean and appealing, had pleasant views over gardens. The location was favourable, at a medium distance from a sports gallery. The breakfast was included and consisted of toast, cereals, fruit, and eggs.

Attractive and spotlessly clean small hotel. Great and easy location for our visit to a large park just a pleasant stroll away from the property. Irish bar in the hotel. The service was friendly here. Good internet, parking on-site. Perfectly pleasant experience there.

Amazing service, though a few employees were unenthusiastic. The rooms were both cheap, spotless, complete with a big bathroom and scruffy feel, for instance. The breakfast had a wide range of options, including toast, cereal, fruit and eggs.

Had a pleasant stay for four nights, would definitely recommend this place. The first 4 star hotel where everything was nice and exceptionally clean. The location was marvellous, just a short walk away from a large park. The staff was exceptional, and requests were handled quickly. I loved delicious and great breakfast and fantastic food selection. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the Irish bar...

Truly enjoyed Palmerston North, the hotel was beautiful quiet and wonderful small unable to use the bar or garden area. The breakfast was delicious and nice and the Irish bar was a plus. The location of the property was central, just off CBD/ centre and the cafe/restaurant and the city center.

Actually everything was absolutely fine, my next choice again in Palmerston North. The room was nice and with comfortable beds. The hotel had a central setting to Palmerston North square. Enjoyed the in-house restaurant with great food.
